Symphony for Seattle
Installation
Collaboration with Graham Haynes
Using video collages of Peter Bill and the cerebral trumpet of Graham Haynes, Symphony for Seattle celebrates the particular atmosphere that is Seattle.
The piece evolves through several stages:
The first is a jazz symphony in three movements, the sea, the city, the mountains, with live video accompaniment...
The second stage goes open source, which allows people in seattle to contribute their own images, video, and sounds to the project.
The third stage brings this recombinate vision to the web. Content will be uploaded to an online database which will be programmed to present an everchanging kalideascope of Seattle
